Christmas Cookie Extravaganza

Though this post is long overdue...sorry, I thought you might like to see some pictures from our 2nd Annual "Teach Every Interested Chinese Friend and Colleague How to Make Christmas Cookies" Extravaganza.

Read about last year's event (December '08 postings) to experience the thrill of the impromptu 1st Annual event. But this year involved a great deal more planning (dough was made in large batches in advance) and we served all 30+ attendees dinner too!

It was a great benefit to have our new team members the Wus present for the night as well. We've gotten into a couple different massive baking events so far this year. Amazingly enough we finished seven batches of dough and sent everyone home with a little baggie of cookies all before 9 PM on a Monday night!

Everyone wants to get into the fun of it. Rolling the dough, mixing and finally decorating. One of our guests said "This is like magic! In just a few minutes you bring out beautiful golden cookies that we made!'
Lots of laughter marked the event. Some flour marked the bakers below...what fun the kids had too!
