The Feet are Fine...

...nearly one month here at The New Place...and until last night...NO FOOT MASSAGE! This is unbelievable if you factor in that on both our previous trips here we enjoyed foot massage nearly every night. Obviously now that we live here...we're not going to be able to afford it so often :)...

Last night after hauling back the young from the big market...all of us sweaty and sleepy, The Dutch Girl suggested "tonight is the night...we must go for a foot massage."

So at 9:30 she and I hailed a cab and headed back to the same foot massage place that I've patronized on every adoption trip here...just over the bridge from our hotel.

We arrived at 10:00 and met up with our dear local friend. Upon reviewing the offerings we decided to treat ourselves to the "full massage" which is 130 minutes of paradise. Two hours of enjoying scalp, face, back, arm and foot massage.

The cost? Any guesses for 2 hours and 10 minutes of massage?

...about 10 bucks...

If you just one one hour of massage...only $5.00

How many of you are now considering buying a ticket to come and visit us?

Great news must be reported...

It appears that a Kindergarten teacher has been hired! YEAH!

He's a fellow who graduated from the very College that our oldest daughter "Butterfly" is keen to attend next year!

He should arrive within the next two weeks, we hope!

We're ready to give him a great welcome and hope that we'll be able to help him acclimate quickly.

Still no AC at the school...the official answer..."tomorrow."

We can now get into a cab and tell the driver where we want to go...and we can get there!

We may be able to move into our new home as soon as this weekend? Otherwise we'll be moving over the weekend just before school starts...

Maybe we'll have computer access in the next week or so?

Official answer..."tomorrow."

I'm going to start using the same official answer to questions like "when will we get all the laundry done?" and "when will we get the floor mopped?"

Since it's actual meaning is ambiguous and really means sometime in the future...I shall now answer all things...

"tomorrow."
